Service Description
This free session, available at the Hillside office, gives us a chance to get to know each other a little bit and see if we can work together with no commitment for future sessions.
Cancellation Policy
Victoria Counselling and Therapy requires 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. We are committed to providing every client with exceptional care. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another client from being seen. For this reason, the full fee of the session is charged for missed appointments or late cancellations. If you are running late, please contact us. We will do our best to give you the full 50 minutes, however your session will be shortened if there are other clients after you.
